Selina, founded in 2012 by Israelis Rafael Museri and Daniel Rudasevski, built a global network of hospitality, living and co-working properties that connected tourism, co-living and digital nomad communities across more than 20 countries. The company went public on Nasdaq at a $1.2 billion valuation in late 2022, but collapsed under heavy debt. In July 2024 it entered insolvency proceedings and its assets were sold to the Singapore-based Collective Hospitality chain.
