qbiq has developed a generative AI platform for the design and visualization of commercial spaces: the system takes a floor plan and a set of requirements and produces optimized layouts, 3D renderings and CAD files within minutes. Its customers include Brookfield and Skanska, and in early 2025 it raised $16 million in a Series A round led by Insight Partners.
